Ana Bailey is a professional education instructor for the Georgia Tech Supply Chain & Logistics Institute. Her time in the industry has provided her the opportunity to lead kaizen events and training in Lean, Six Sigma, Supply Chain Management and Logistics, and Leadership workshops. She has worked with a wide array of universities and companies including - the Georgia Tech Supply Chain and Logistics Institute, Tec de Monterrey, JCPenney, Genuine Parts Company (NAPA Automotive), Tempur-Pedic, Lexmark, University of Kentucky's Gatton College of Business and Economics MBA Program, SCI Group, Menlo Worldwide Logistics, ZF Lenkysysteme, Amazon, Whirlpool, and Treasury Wine Estates.

Ana complements her focus on people and process with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida, and an ASQ Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, indicating a proficiency in and a comprehension of Six Sigma principles and practices. Additionally, Ana is fluent in Spanish.

She is also Lean Deployment Executive for LeanCor Supply Chain Group and is responsible for the deployment of lean and six sigma practices within LeanCor's network of customers as they embrace business excellence principles. Her primary responsibilities are the education and training of those embarking on the Lean Six Sigma journey, as well as coaching of Lean Six Sigma projects for Green Belt and Black Belt candidates. She is also responsible for the creation and continuous improvement of LeanCor's training programs and simulations in Lean, Six Sigma, Supply Chain Management, and Leadership.
