Chuck Easley serves as the Education and Corporate Liaison for the Supply Chain and Logistics Institute (SCL). He has consulting and corporate experience in supply chain network design, optimization, and process improvement. He is responsible for expanding SCL's Global Mission through the continuous development, management, and implementation of the innovative workforce development training program that includes online, virtual, and in-person instruction formats known as GT LEAP, Georgia Tech Logistics Education And Pathways. Focusing on the often underrepresented communities of minorities, women, people with disabilities, veterans and the economically disadvantaged, he designs cohorts to fit the needs of the industry. Together with the Employee Partners, Chuck creates training for jobs and rewarding careers in the fast growing supply chain industry. He has developed, delivered instruction, and implemented cohorts with Partners like Goodwill, Latin American Association, United Way(Atlanta Career Rise) plus High Schools, College Career Academies, Colleges, and Scouts BSA.

He is also on the faculty of the Scheller College of Business and the Institute for Leadership and Social Impact as a Professor of the Practice. Chuck is a proud Georgia Tech alum, and former student scholar athlete who divides his free time between service to his community and his alma mater.

He has been the Senior Director of Labor, Engineering and Process Improvement at Walgreens. Before Walgreens, Chuck served as Vice President of Business Process Management for Lowe’s Companies and led their EPMO for implementing major strategic initiatives and process improvement. Before joining Lowe’s, he was a Senior Partner with Kurt Salmon Associates (now part of Accenture). His consulting experience involved him advising Sr. Executives and C-Suite across a wide range of industries including: personal and home consumer products, retail, food and beverage, footwear and apparel, grocery, pharmaceuticals, and automotive using various channels like B2B, B2C, BOPIS, BODFS, SDD, etc.

Throughout his career Chuck, a Rotarian, has been recognized by various professional organizations like Leadership Atlanta, Top Ten Outstanding Young Atlantans, Who's Who Among International Professionals, UPTOWN Professional's Top 15 Charlotte Catalyst, and others. He is also a graduate of Executive Education programs like the Center for Creative Leadership, Walgreens Leadership Academy, and Harvard Business School's Non-Profit Board Governance program.

Chuck holds a BS in Industrial Management and a minor in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Georgia Tech graduating cum laude. He is a member of various academic honor societies including Gamma Beta Phi, Omicron Delta Kappa, Beta Gamma Sigma, and the ANAK Society, Georgia Tech's highest honor.
