Clint McCrystal is a professional education instructor for the Georgia Tech Supply Chain & Logistics Institute. He began his career in 2010 as a Lean Logistics Specialist where he was responsible for engineering daily dynamic and static shipping routes, supplier implementation and management, and customer service. Two years into this role, Clint was promoted to Team Lead where he managed a six-person account team supporting one of LeanCor’s largest recreational vehicle customers.

As Training and Development Manager, Clint supports in designing and deploying LeanCor’s internal team member management system, the TMATE Initiative, which focuses on team member onboarding and continued development, employee engagement, and internal communications.

Clint holds a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and MBA from the University of Kentucky. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
