Meka Wimberly is the program manager at Supply Chain & Logistics (SCL) Institute at the Stewart School of Industrial & Systems Engineering at Georgia Tech.
Her main responsibilities for SCL include working with faculty program-directors to manage the planning and development of program schedules and agendas. Develop relationships with program speakers and manage speaker schedules, presentations, travel and compensation. Planning and decision-making regarding SCL and program-specific marketing campaigns, and directing DLPE and other service providers in executing the campaigns. Tasks include preparing course material, assisting with attendee registration, and following up with all speakers and attendees after completion of a course. She also manages travel arrangements for the faculty and directors of SCL.
Wimberly has a BA in HR Management and is currently pursuing a MS in Management.
