Scott trained as an Industrial Engineer and has more than twenty-five years of operational experience. He started as a military officer in the U.S. Navy then shifted to industry in the Beverage Industry. Scott has worked in all areas of the Supply Chain - production, quality, planning, maintenance, warehouse, transportation, distribution and customer service. He held several corporate roles in technical governance, compliance, sustainability, engineering, facilities and real estate management.

Scott joined Pepsi Cola Bottling after leaving the Navy where he held several operational plant roles within two facilities. He joined the Coca-Cola System to run manufacturing facilities in Connecticut and New York. Scott served as Regional Vice President for Coca-Cola Enterprises' Northeast Operations.

Scott moved to Atlanta and gained valuable commercial experience serving as the North American Remanufacturing leader for U.S. and Canada. Scott formalized his Information Systems, Learning & Development and Change Management knowledge while serving as Supply Chain Process Development Director, as a part of the company's global SAP ERP roll out. He started the National Fulfillment Organization while developing the company's first Customer Supply Chain capability. Scott continued his operational experience as Vice President, Supply Chain Technical Services for North American operations.

Scott is a part of The Coca-Cola Company's Global Supply Chain Development team. He supports the Company Owned and Franchise Operations across the world focusing on capability development, strategic programs and technical support. Scott was instrumental in developing Coke's multi-level Supply Chain Capability Development programs.

Scott has a proven record of delivering strong business results through developing strong people and process. He has a true passion for professional talent development and performance improvement.
