Tom leads the Packaging Optimization Practice at Chainalytics as Principal where he manages the delivery of supply chain packaging optimization and complex package engineering services as well as packaging value improvement programs. Working with leading organizations, Tom has enabled packaging improvement across multiple industries, including CPG, Manufacturing, Medical, and Technology.

Prior to its merger with Chainalytics, Tom managed the packaging solutions business at Adalis Corporation. In this role, Tom and his team of Certified Packaging Professionals provided clients strategic packaging development utilizing design, prototyping, and testing expertise. Previously, Tom led this team as President of Packaging Solutions Group and Group Vice President at The Packaging Department. Additionally, Tom gained sales and marketing experience as Director of Publications at Novus Marketing.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota and is a Certified Packaging Professional (CPP) and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
