Grant Johnson is a lean deployment executive at LeanCor with more than 20 years of aerospace engineering, program management and lean manufacturing experience. He served in the Canadian Air Force and has held program management positions at Dassault Falcon Jet and United Technologies. In these positions, Grant gained expertise in managing aircraft design, operations and project management. He has completed lean transformations of manufacturing facilities, production lines and logistics that has resulted in cost reductions in excess of $300 million. He has spoken about risk management at aircraft procurement conferences as well as the annual NBAA conference. Grant earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba and studied Aviation Technology at the Canadian Forces School of Aerospace Engineering. He is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
