For individuals who want to improve their company’s processes and bottom line using the Lean Six Sigma approach or are interested in understanding the role of Lean Six Sigma as a competency for further educational pursuits. This course is comprised of 4 lessons with each lesson will taking approximately 30 minutes to complete.
This course can be applied towards the Supply Chain Management Certificate.
A self-paced online version of our former Building the Lean Supply Chain Leader on-campus course. Enjoy the flexibility of covering the same material, but at your pace. The online course is structured around 16 modules, each taking approximately 1.5 hours to complete.
This course can be applied towards the Lean Supply Chain Professional Certificate or used as an elective for the Supply Chain Management Certificate.
A self-paced version of our Warehouse/Distribution Center Layout course with added material handling related content. The online course is structured around 33 sessions within 7 modules and should take at least 35 hours to complete.
This course can be applied towards the Distribution Operations Analysis & Design (DOAD) Certificate or used as an elective for the Supply Chain Management Certificate.
These self-paced online courses are designed primarily for entry-level and supervisory level positions in supply chain management. The courses are also appropriate for executives new to supply chain or a specific supply chain domain, veterans seeking entry into commercial opportunities, and individuals re-entering the job market and seeking a refresher on supply chain topics.
The SCF courses are offered in a self-paced online format. The courses can also be offered in alternative formats (in classroom, onsite, hybrid) and as custom, tailored offerings to meet your company’s specific employee training needs.
The certificates are designed for those who want a solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals and logistics fundamentals who may be new to certain supply chain domains. The goal of the program is to support workforce readiness and upward mobility for entry-level and supervisory level associates.
Logistics Fundamentals Certificate: Must take 4 SCF online courses: Required course: Supply Chain Management Principles. Choose 3 SCF courses from the following: Warehousing Operations, Customer Service Operations, Inventory Management or Transportation Operations.
Supply Chain Fundamentals Certificate: Must take 4 SCF online courses: Required course: Supply Chain Management Principles. Choose 3 SCF courses from the following: Customer Service Operations, Supply Management & Procurement, Demand Planning, or Manufacturing & Service Operations.
