Areas of Focus
Supply Chain Day is a logistics-focused "Career Fair" and an opportunity for company representatives to meet Georgia Tech students specifically interested in the field of supply chain and logistics. We typically host 3 sessions per year (January, September, and November) for companies to educate students about their organizations, available employment, internships, and capstone project opportunities. On campus sessions are hosted within the Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE) main building atrium on the Georgia Tech Atlanta campus and virtual sessions are hosted via the Career Fair Plus recruiting platform.
SCL Innovation Network (SCIN) member companies may participate in multiple events each year at no charge (please let us know if you aren’t sure whether or not you are a member or would like to become one). For non-member companies, we request a donation.
Graduate and undergraduate students from within the Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE) are invited to the events as well as select students from other departments SCL interacts with. For on campus sessions, attendance typically ranges from 100-150 people (based on past attendance…40% undergraduate students, 35% masters in supply chain engineering students, 20% other masters students, 5% Ph.D. students). Ahead of the event, but after we have confirmed your organization as attending, we will be asking a company representative to complete an online form/survey (i.e. gathering representative contact info, position types/locations/details to disseminate to students) through the SCL website . After receiving your completed survey, we will email further instructions closer to the session date.
We will be sending an email invitation closer to the event date (mid-October) for you to register and upload your resume via the SCL website.
Friday, November 12 | 9am-3pm ET
Ahead of the event, but after we have confirmed your organization as attending, we will be asking company representatives to complete an online profile in Georgia Tech's Career Buzz system (Symplicity) and then create a recruiting account/schedule in Career Fair Plus (in order to host individual recruiters and collaborate with students online). When your participation is confirmed for our Virtual event, we will email further instructions relating to these processes.
Please register/create an account within Career Fair Plus (use your @gatech.edu email address). You will be asked to create a profile and upload your resume. Please see the below link for more information.
