Areas of Focus
We are offering all three core courses in the PSM series during the week of March 30, 2020 on the Georgia Tech campus in Savannah and September 28, 2020 on the Georgia Tech Atlanta campus.
Bid Package Development and Supplier Selection is designed to deepen participants' knowledge base of core activities in the procurement & supply management function. The program covers the sourcing process, specifications gathering, common bid package alternatives, cross-functional collaboration and supplier evaluation & selection. Participants will walk away ready to develop bid packages more thoroughly to help drive sourcing decisions for their organizations. This "hands on" delivery focuses on the professional serving as the main liaison between the buying organization and the selling organization in the company sourcing process.
This course is ideal for sourcing initiative leaders, procurement professionals, project managers, finance analyst, contract managers and all procurement & supply management-related professionals involved with bid package development, bid package analysis, negotiations preparation, contracting and supplier selection activity.
Participants receive a course notebook.

The program fee for LIVE courses (non-online) includes continental breakfasts, lunches, breaks, parking, internet access, and all classroom materials.
If the Supply Chain & Logistics Institute must cancel a program, registrants will receive a full refund. Georgia Tech, however, cannot assume the responsibility for other costs incurred. Due to program enrollment limits, early registration is encouraged. Registrations will be acknowledged by a letter of confirmation from Professional Education.
On the first day, please check in at least 30 minutes before the class start time.
If SCL/GTPE cancels a course, participants will be notified via email or phone and will be given the option for a full refund or to transfer their registration and any fees paid to another course. It is the responsibility of the student to pay any difference in price, if applicable, when a transfer is made.
