Ali Vatankhah Barenji

Ali Vatankhah Barenji is a senior research scientist working with Professor Benoit Montreuil as part of the Physical Internet Center at the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering. Prior to joining Georgia Tech, Ali served as a lecturer in the Department of Mechatronics Engineering of Kennesaw State University, visiting researcher at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Postdoc Fellow at Guangdong University of Technology (GDUT).

Ali teaches at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. He has published more than 40 papers that have been included in international journals and the proceedings of international conferences. His main research areas include IoT, cloud manufacturing, blockchain technology, and robotized systems.
