G'Sean Williams is an accomplished supply chain leader and seasoned instructor with Georgia Tech's Supply Chain and Logistics Institute. With over 25 years of experience as a procurement executive, he has personally negotiated and awarded contracts totaling billions of dollars. His expertise spans the globe, having trained thousands of industry professionals across nearly 20 countries.
A recognized leader in the field, G'Sean has served as the Board President for the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) Carolinas-Virginia, is a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), and was appointed by the mayor to Charlotte's Small Business Inclusion Advisory Council.
G'Sean is an alumnus of Michigan State University's top-ranked Eli Broad College of Business Supply Chain Management Program. He has held prominent leadership roles, most recently overseeing Indirect Procurement & Supplier Diversity for a $4.5B retail flooring organization. His career also includes key strategic sourcing, category management, and procurement ops roles at companies such as Bristol Myers Squibb, WestRock, Intel Corporation, and as a consultant for over 30 Fortune 1000 firms.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, G'Sean is the author of The Dynamics of Leverage: 12 Unwritten Leadership Rules for Leadership, Life, and Lunch. Drawing on decades of global training and insights from thousands of supply chain leaders worldwide, his book introduces Personal Negotiation & Influence Styles and the 6P's of Influence Dynamics.
