This course replaces Integrated Business Planning (second in the Supply and Demand Planning Certificate series).
In today’s global economy, operating risks are increasingly on the minds of executives. The specific context of operating risk can range from general areas of business continuity to the effects of natural disasters. In this course participants will gain a solid understanding of Supply Chain Risk Management principles including effective ways to identify, mitigate and measure the impact of potential supply chain disruptions.
Chief financial officers, supply chain finance, marketing or sales executives (managers, directors, VPs, EVPs), supply chain and logistics managers, consultants, supervisors, planners, and engineers, supply chain education and human resource management personnel, inventory planners, procurement and sourcing analysts and managers, and transportation planners, managers, and engineers
No prerequisites. For those interested in earning the Supply and Demand Planning Certificate, take the below core courses and one elective course within four years. Please note that we are offering all three core courses in the series online during the week of May 3, 2021.

The program fee for LIVE courses (non-online) includes continental breakfasts, lunches, breaks, parking, internet access, and all classroom materials.
If the Supply Chain & Logistics Institute must cancel a program, registrants will receive a full refund. Georgia Tech, however, cannot assume the responsibility for other costs incurred. Due to program enrollment limits, early registration is encouraged. Registrations will be acknowledged by a letter of confirmation from Professional Education.

If SCL/GTPE cancels a course, participants will be notified via email or phone and will be given the option for a full refund or to transfer their registration and any fees paid to another course. It is the responsibility of the student to pay any difference in price, if applicable, when a transfer is made.
