G'Sean Williams is a professional education instructor for the Georgia Tech Supply Chain & Logistics Institute and an experienced Fortune 500 Business Project Manager, Trained International Business-to-Business Negotiator, Global Supply Chain Industry Speaker/Trainer, and 2014 Charlotte Chamber Emerging Under 40 Finalist Award Winner.
He was educated at Michigan State University in Business & Supply Chain Management and is currently a Certified Professional in Supply Management, SCOR-P trained for corporate project management oversight through the Supply Chain Counsel in 2009, and designated as a Certified Purchasing Manager through the Institute for Supply Management in 2005. He is also the current Vice President for ISM Carolinas-Virginia and extremely active in leading University Relations and Strategic Partnerships.
Gaining vast experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 firms since 2000, he has executed over 50 multi-million dollar deals in North America and Europe awarding over $1B in Supplier Contracts. G. Sean has also performed over 100 pre and post contract supplier readiness assessments and currently supports the growth of Supply Management with signature training partnerships in SE Asia and Dubai, as well as, Continuous Education Institutions across the United States.
G'Sean Williams, CPSM is also Executive Director of SMS-Advisors’ Supply Chain and Supplier Performance group. Prior to becoming a Partner at SMS-Advisors, G. Sean held various Procurement & Supply Mgmt. Manager and Director level positions in Corporate America for companies including; Intel, MeadWestvaco, and Bristol Myers Squibb.
